We’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that during high-volume periods (like holidays or new product launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Local Pickup (if applicable): You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text (depending on what you selected at checkout).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If this happens:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Email us at waxhousestaff@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as a pre-order, your entire order may ship once all items are available.
We’ll always notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
