Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Cera Domus by The Wax House LLC, we want you to love your skincare and self-care essentials. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Returns must be approved before shipping items back.

To initiate a return, please contact us at waxhousestaff@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email waxhousestaff@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item(s). We’ll send a replacement or process a refund promptly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company before reaching out to us again.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
